TPR POA provides an opportunity for landowners to work together to improve Taos Pines Ranch and to give property owners strength to accomplish goals that would be difficult to obtain as individual property owners. With TPR property owners worldwide, this website is the POA's window to the world. TPR POA hopes you will find the information helpful.
TPR POA functions under the leadership of a Board of Directors and its elected officers. The Board President appoints a Director to sit on each of the standing committees of the Board. Each committee has a unique function to enhance the community life at Taos Pines Ranch. TPR POA's over arching goal is to maintain a high standard of living within TPR and the local communities while protecting the urban wildland interface.

The TPR POA also maintains an interactive community website where owners can communicate with each other and the board, upload photos and videos, create interest groups, and leave messages and comments. Property owners volunteer their time and efforts to clean up slash and fallen wood during one of the "Chipper Days" in the Taos Pines community.
